Just 20 minutes from the Simon Hotel Aprilia , stands one of the most solemn and significant places of historical memory of our territory: the Nettuno American Cemetery and Monument (Sicily–Rome American Cemetery) .
This memorial site, managed by the American Battle Monuments Commission , holds the graves of more than 7,800 American soldiers who fell during the Italian Campaign in World War II, and welcomes thousands of visitors from around the world each year.
