WWF CASTEL ROMANO OASIS OFFER + HOTEL
The WWF Oasis of Castel Romano extends over approximately 11 hectares within the Decima-Malafede Nature Reserve . This natural jewel is home to over 2 km of trails, where conservation efforts aim to preserve the typical agricultural landscape of the Roman countryside, integrating it with wooded areas of notable naturalistic interest. The Oasis's configuration favors a rich diversity of ecosystems, ranging from humid grasslands to Mediterranean forests , with areas specifically created to increase the presence of pollinating species.
Guided Tours
The Oasis is open year-round and admission is free. However, for a more in-depth and enriching experience , guided tours with WWF experts can be booked every weekend , from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, until July 14th. The one-hour guided tours offer a maximum of 50 places per session, with each group accompanied by two WWF guides.
Tours take place every Saturday and Sunday, with two available times: 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Meet your guides at Guest Services.
