Taking care of our Guests is part of who we are, we have always been doing it in our Simon Hotels.
But not all of our Guests are the same; some of them are special to us.
Special because they come to our hotels often and let us know that they appreciate what we do.
It brings us great joy to see our most loyal Guests come back to join us. This is why we have come up with a Fidelity Card system full of rewards for them, as a token of our gratitude for their loyalty to Simon Hotels.

Here's how the Fidelity Card works
The system is very simple.
The more you stay at our Simon Hotels, the more benefits you get.
You will be awarded 1 point for every night you stay (for bookings with official rates from website, by e-mail or phone). If, for example, you stay at one of our hotels 3 nights, you will be awarded 3 points.
Points will be given to only one occupant of the room (so you will have to decide each time which Fidelity Card to assign the points to).
You can accumulate points on your Fidelity Card by staying at Simon Hotel Pomezia and Simon Hotel Aprilia because your card is valid at each of the Simon Hotels.

You can use the points in the following way:
- 10 Points = One free night
- 25 Points = One free night + one dinner at our restaurant
- 50 Points = Travel voucher worth 125 euros
- 100 Points = Travel voucher worth 250 euros
- 150 Points = Travel voucher worth 375 euros
